Windows 7 Korean Unicode not showing up in skype/text files

Hi everyone im having a huge problem which is annoying me . I've install the korean language pack to be able to see unicode. It worked for the first 2 days but then after that all i see in skype and text documents with korean in it is [] [] [] [] the square when unicode can't be presented. can some one please help me? :/
