Windows 7 Laptop says it got internet but doesn't! [HELP!]

Basically I just moved my laptop to a friends house. It's through a cable which is inserted and my laptop says it got internet but it doesn't.
Furthermore I can't ping any other computers on the network.
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. I did an ipconfig /all and here's the results:

What's wrong and what can I do?

Well, it is seeing the router. Initially try uninstalling the Net Adapter & rebooting, @ the same time power cycle both the modem & the router. Let the modem lock then, repower the router. What does the connection trouble-shooter say is the problem? Also, in cmd, Run as Admin, type the following, netsh winsock /reset & hit Enter Let us know... Cheers, Drew

I tried running cmd as admin and writing netsh winsock /reset but I get a message saying WSHELPER.dll was not found. winsock /reset was not recognised.

Try it again... Please excuse me... I didn't write the command line correctly; should be netsh winsock reset

The the DNS server IP address(s) are the same as the DHCP server address (192.168.1.254). That appears to be incorrect. I would think the DNS address(s) would display the address(s) of the ISP. So it looks like you need to look into the router's DNS settings. And the DHCP IP address lease times are showing 20 seconds. What's up with that? Maybe you also disable IVP6.
