Windows 7 internet connection works fine in safe mode with networking, but doesn't work otherwise

I've tried to connect to multiple wireless routers that I usually would have access to and had no luck connecting to the internet unless I reboot into Safe Mode with networking. Here is the ipconfig /all log:

Update: rebooted once to Last Known Good Configuration and was able to connect to one router successfully. I rebooted again and everything appears to be working properly. Should I still do a full System restore?

Glad to hear that you managed to repair your networking issues with a Last Known Good Configuration boot. Don't think I have ever heard of it being used successfully in that manner previously.
Using Last Known Good Configuration
Anyhow we've seen a recent bunch of these types of issues with network configurations looking all well and good and no internet working.
Some have blamed Windows Updates, some have blamed McAfee Software products, some have blamed a combination of the two.
If you are currently running a McAfee's Software Product perhaps give this article a look.
You have no Internet access and/or see error messages from McAfee on your computer
It seems, every so often one of the top tier anti virus vendors has an issue with an update which results in some problems on some machines.
Personally if it was mine, I would uninstall any third party anti-virus product completely including using the vendor specific proprietary removal tool and replace it with MSE from here Link Removed due to 404 Error
make sure the Windows Firewall is on and maybe augment with the pro version of MalwareBytes. But that's just me.
