Lenovo Thinkpad E550 (ThinkPad) 20DF0030US is stuck at POST

Hi,

Lenovo Thinkpad E550 (ThinkPad) 20DF0030US is stuck at ThinkPad welcome screen. If I am right, this is POST screen.

Windows 10 is installed in the ThinkPad.

After this issue,

I turned it off and turned back on multiple times but Windows 10 Troubleshoot Menu is not coming.
I pressed and hold Shift Key and repeated above steps but no changes.
Pressed F5 and F8 at boot but no changes.
Pressed F11 for Recovery but no changes.

Only I can see BIOS after pressing F2 at boot.

Please suggest me tips so that Windows normal screen can be appeared.

No additional computer and no flash drive so that I can create a bootable media.

Moreover, there is a risk of loss of data.

Power down and pull the ram and battery. Wait about 1-2 minutes and put just the battery back in and boot. if you get some beeping add one memory stick back in.

You may also want to try and pull the drive and attach to another computer. If you don't have one you may need to try at a friends. A bad disk may cause it not to boot.
