Windows 7 LG W2343T stuck in "digital power saving mode" AFTER windows 7 boots, not during

I have a dual monitor setup.
My 19" Dell works fine.

My LG W2343T works during boot up, replicating my 19" screen.

Once the login screen loads for windows 7, my LG W2343T goes into "digital power saving mode" and will not come out of it.

I have installed the newest drivers for my Nvidia 7300LE graphics card (191.07).
I have installed the newest drivers from LG website for my monitor. (1.1.0.0)
Both the drivers say they support windows 7.

I have tried many different settings for the LG. Single screen, switching cables, extended view, duplicate view, different refresh rates and screen resolutions.

Some more info:

Windows 7 Home Premium Retail (family pack) 64bit
Intel Pentium D 3.00 GHz
2GB ram

Fixed

I fixed it!

I found some dust on part of the gold connectors for my graphics card, blew that off and my monitor is working now.
