Windows 7 My computer takes ages to load up from power saving mode

Hi, everyone reading this!

I've been having some problems with my computer's power saving mode for a long time now. Everytime I put my computer in power saving mode and when later trying to start it up has always resulted in a BSOD. Somehow that problem has been solved mysteriously some months ago.

Today my power saving mode works like this:
1. I put the computer into power saving mode and wait until the fan is silent.
2. I press the power button on my computer and I hear the computer fan running but the screen does not get any signal, the screen is completely black.
3. I hold the power for about 10 seconds and then the computer goes off.
4. I wait some seconds until I press the power button again, this time I get an image which says (not sure if I translated correct) "Windows resumes". This part takes pretty long time and if I don't wait long enough everything feels really slow, laggy and choppy.

Here are some computer specs:
Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz 2.80GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D-E LX
Monitor: BenQ G2420HD (Digital)

Do you have any idea what I can do to make the power saving mode work properly and faster?

Thanks in advance!
