Windows 7 McAfee Windows Security Alerts

Hi. I have checked the Mcafee forums but the solution seems to be a pain. I have McAfee Security Centre that is now not recognised by Windows Security Centre. Can anyone help? It seems to be an issue with Vista machines.

For your McAfee try re-installing the software and update software to the latest.... (Get a really good anti-virus plus protection program and turn Windows Defender off). My two cents.
