Hi
Whenever i go in to the Microsoft store and check for updates on the apps that I have. I keep getting this over and over it it downtown OK and says complete. When I go back to check for any other updates the some exact update. How do I fix this ? and I can not find Microsoft net native runtime package any where on my computer. Thank you

Hi Kevin,
Windows 10 uses .Net 4.6 (I assume this is what you were referring to?) which you can find if you open the Control panel, click Programs, Turn Windows features on or off.

Regarding the Store. Open an admin command prompt by right clicking on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list click on admin command prompt. Type or copy and paste:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (can take a few minutes).

If the above fails open the search and type wsreset and click that. This should reset the Stores cache.

I am running in to the same issue and when I run the wsreset it doesn't do anything still has Microsoft net native runtime package. saying starting download but nothing is happenening
