Thousands of users worldwide reported issues, including being unable to load their inboxes, sign in, or access emails across desktop, web, and mobile apps. Microsoft acknowledged the incident on their Microsoft 365 Status page and stated they were working on a fix, which initially encountered problems but was being redeployed and monitored.
