I am using DVD Shrink and have never had a problem until now. All of a sudden when I drop a folder to Shrink, I see the following error:
I have uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ and reinstalled it hoping that would help, but I'm still having the same problem. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
