Uhh, Yes!
I have a new computer but on the old computer that had the error, it wasn't working until I reinstalled Windows!

Hi, I recently installed Windows 10 on an hp elite book 2730p . As soon as I boot and log into it a Visual C++ Runtime Library error pops up 4 times, reading:
---
C:\Windows\system32\Pen_Tablet.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
---
In my task manager I can find 3 separate Pen_Tablet.exe under the details tab. Eventually I shut them down from there, only to then read fifth pop up window: There is a problem with your tablet driver. Please reinstall or update the driver.
Needless to say, the driver is up to date (according to HP and Microsoft).
Any ideas on how to get rid of these pesky error pop ups?
Thanks,
Migz
