how do i solve my games minimizing to the desktop in windows 8.1

Can you explain a little better as to what the actual issue is please. I've heard of 'crash to desktop' but not minimise. Mention what happens and with which games

on all of my games i am playing and it suddenly goes to black screen then to desktop minimizing my game to the task bar the game is still there if i click on the game in task bar the game comes back up but about 2 minute later or les the same thing happens agian
