Windows 10 Missing Power Plans

Windows 10 21H1 19043.1151- Recently I happened to go to Control Panel, Power Options, and noticed I have no power plans listed. Its been some time since I have looked at this setting but I used to have a number of default power plans listed here. I did a google search and a number of fixes came up, tried all and nothing worked. As a last resort I did a inplace install with the same results- no power plans. Somewhere in my long reading and searches I read where MS had removed the power plans in one of there many Windows 10 updates. Seems the battery icon in the tool tray gets you a slider bar that is suppose to now replace the power plans? I don't like this change and would like to get my plans back. Is there anyway to this can be done? Please help, MS seems to be silent on this issue.
