Windows 7 Modem Not Detected

My Beetel and Micromax MMX310G modems are not working at all.
No Device is showing.
Please help

Download New Version Micromax MMX 3G USB Modem Manager ~ DigitsDiary

If you can post more info on the Beetel I'll try and find firmware/drivers for that too..
