Hi,
I chose the above dump file as many were corrupted. Why they were corrupted I'm not entirely sure but when checking the Dxdiag on your C drive I noticed it's a Kingston SSD but with only 8.6GB of space left:

File System: NTFS
Model: KINGSTON SVP200S37A120G ATA Device
That's simply not enough for your system to run effectively and could well be part of your issue. You should ideally always leave around 25% free space which I know seems a waste but your system needs the room to work in..

The above Bugcheck is one specifically for AMD cards and drivers. It can mean that either the card is faulty or not enough power is being generated by the PSU. First let's rule out the SSD above and some of your drivers which really need updating. If the bsod still persists then we'll test further.
