Windows 10 Music thumbnail has white border on Windows 10.

After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I noticed the thumbnail from my music folder has this weird white border on all of my music. If you go inside the folder, the icon seems fine, but the folder has this weird white border inside the thumbnail.

I tried removing the thumbnail cache and letting it rebuild by cleaning the system drive and by manually removing the thumbnail cache, but it rebuilds the same way (with white border) with both methods.

Couldn't find anything more on the web, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't care what the folder looks like though. I want to know what's causing the white border on the thumbnail of my music folder and I want it all to fit just like the picture on the left. I upgraded 3 computers. 1 Windows 7 and 2 Windows 8.1 and all of them have this issue.
