Windows 8 My desktop is stuck

So i installed windows 8 on my desktop computer and when i turned it one once it sad its loading my windows and then just blue screen nothing just blue no blue screen of death no just pure blue only please help me I ALREADY RESETED MY PC

windows 8 or windows 8.1?

if its 8.1 then I would assume a network issue i.e, its trying to call home to Microsoft in order to look for updates... have you got it hooked up to a cable network?

I would try booting into safe mode. If it loads, then it's probably a driver issue.
