Windows 7 My Desktop stops working

Hello, I'm sorry my English is not so good, but i will try :

After sometimes a few minutes or after a couple of hours my desktop stops working, I can't select something, or i can't open a program with a shortcut.
Right click with my mouse doesn't work to.

I saw a few times that Outlook also can't send and receive at that moment.

When i reboot, everything works.

I have a brand new computer, with plenty of memory and no viruses and spyware.

Please can somebody help?

I have searched for a same topic, but i couldn't find it.
