Windows 7 Need Help with BSOD when closing the lid at random times

Guys I am getting the BSOD at random times when i close the screen of my HP notebook DV7 before it goes to sleep mode and then the fans start to run very high I have to reboot in order to get back into window 7.

Please see the attached crash dump file if anyone canplease help me with this thanks guys.

Not a whole bunch of info on the suspected cause - but there's a whole pile of Norton drivers present in the memory dump - and the raw stack text shows quite a few instances of Norton (along with some networking drivers). This is enough to make me suspect that your Norton is corrupted.

Please:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus If using Windows 8, enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall instead.
- un-install the Norton from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Norton using this free tool: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free anti-virus (if using Win8, enable Windows Defender), then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- perform a full system scan to ensure that no malware has snuck onto your system while the anti-virus was malfunctioning.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks Usasma, for your help I did manage to uninstall the blackberry program since I am not using it now.

For Norton only thing I remember in the last 3 months my subscription was expiring and the did nor renew the program installed on the computer but installed the same version over the old one and renewed it that way and that what you think the issue is the program it self is running fine.

I would definitely follow usasma's advice for NIS removal. 3rd party firewalls tend to block local NETBIOS ports used by system services resulting in apphangs, appcrashes and even BSODs.
