Windows 7 need to customize toolbar in any folder

If any Win 7 wizard can help me - Pleaseeeeeeee help me with this functionality.

In win xp, within any folder we had a toolbar which we could customize and put buttons for
cut, copy paste, delete etc. I am really lacking the delete function button. Its just too much work
to right click, scroll down and delete what I want to.

If there is no tweak for this functionality, then I wonder what other tweaks are there for
