Windows 7 Network Discovery issue

Hello,

I just realized this morning that when I'm connected to my office network via ethernet and have the wireless turned off, Network Discovery does not work. Once I turned on my wireless device all the other computers on the network appeared in Windows Explorer. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit.

Can anyone tell me how to turn on Network Discovery without turning on my wireless device?

Under Network and Sharing Center, please see Change advanced settings. You may want to ensure that network discovery is enabled for all types of networks, including Home or Work and Public.

Check to make sure the Network Location for both wifi and ethernet connections are the same.
