Windows 10 New PC Bad Wifi!

I have gotten a new computer and when I mean new I mean I got it three days ago. When I went to boot it up and was on my desktop the wifi bar was at ONE BAR. Which I thought was my router so I reset, nothing happened. I went on my phone and had full bars. I have reset the wifi and the computer, I downloaded drivers for the wifi (the latest ones) but nothing seems to work!
