When I select Control Panel it comes up blank (White) with a message on the left side (Adjust your computer Settings) Right side(View By:) top bar has (control Panel with direction arrows) then All control Panel Items. When I select the right arrow is says (Computing Items( With the time circle running)) I have let it run for 15 min. and nothing happens.
