Ok, since I am a MS Beta Tester ... my material & tasks come from 'that download site' to which you refer. That same notice was RIGHT IN our site, that you saw in TechNet.
And, hey, Folks, it has nothing whatsoever to do w/ RTM coming up w/ the sun on the 26th or any other such date! It is NOT/was NOT an omen.
1st of all the RTM is not publicly available or offered so, rather a moot point, anyway.
2ndly RTM will be released somewhere around an October timeframe
AND same applies to BOTH 32 & 64-bit.
Lastly, if you are on the edge of your seats for "leaks" you can download from non-Microsoft websites... bad idea!
