Windows 7 no such interface supported

I m facing problem in windows 7 professional.
error showing no such interface supported. when i m trying to open my computer or internet explorer log in by domain user.
in administartor its working properly but when i m loging whth domain user its error showing. please help me out yaar.

The first thought would be user rights. Those you can change in Control Panel / User Accounts. Enter as Administrator, and you can change everything.
