Well iv done some poking around on google and stuff alot of things are pointing to the gfx card going bad. iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling the gfx drivers still having issues, and from the bluescreen viewer its saying that ntoskrnl (microsoft) win32 (microsoft) and then nvlddmkm (nividia) so im guessing the card itself is going bad which i guess is why the guy sold the computer for 50 dollars lol.

Hi,
well things may not be as bad as you think.. Your bios is ancient and in need of updating:

BiosVersion = 0302
BiosReleaseDate = 07/25/2011
The bios you have is the default which comes with the board. since then there's been 10 updates:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61M_LX_PLUS/#support

Simply update BIOS from a USB flash disk before entering the OS
EZ Flash 2 is a user-friendly BIOS update utility. Simply launch this tool and update BIOS from a USB flash disk before entering the OS. You can update your BIOS only in a few clicks without preparing an additional floppy diskette or using an OS-based flash utility.

Your also missing a service pack. Either use windows update or download the SP1 update here:

Any issues installing might mean you need the update readiness tool:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=3132

nvlddmkm.sys Thu Dec 19 17:02:52 2013: As you mentioned possible issues with the gpu try this. Un-install the driver using this application as it will also remove all the left over bits left behind by previous drivers:

Then re-install using the latest driver version:
