Windows 7 Outlook 2007 v Windows 7

Can someone please assist with the below problem.
I am running Windows 7 6.1.7100... build 7100 along with Office 2007. Prior to running Win 7 all the applications in Office worked OK.

Now.... when I try to open Outlook I get the following error.. (see image capture below)

I have tried the re-intall advice but to no avail and would now appreciate some guidance
