PC Keeps Defaulting to USA Region in UK Locale

I live in the UK but every time I log in to my PC it reverts to the USA region of course this makes my keyboard to be in the US mode .
I have used the region change but the US region comes back after I close down.This as only happened after I installed Google and Edge.

Is it possible there's a UK version browser you need to load?
