Windows 7 Pixel ruler for W7 ?

Has anyone found a pixel ruler that works with Windows 7? I've tried several but haven't found one that works properly.

Thanks fjgold! I'll try it out sometime but at the moment I'm using A Ruler For Windows - free on screen pixel ruler which is also free.
