Windows 7 PLEASE HELP cant install catalyst drivers

i have windows 7 64bit with ati radeon mobility xpress 200m and i cannot install any catalyst drivers, the problem is i cannot play opengl games my screen flashes! and when itry to install catalyst drivers tmanually (or not) it says the drivers arent compatable with your version of windows, even thou they are 64bit vista/windows 7 drivers please help, i found the latest drivers on ms update catalog 12/1/2008 but no go open gl games flasg still plz help
