Your latest dump file lists as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely. For info, iTunes was mentioned in both dumps.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

Hi David (?) and Welcome to The Forum.
I opened your dump file folder and WOW!! A few in there (could be worse, I've seen someone with 60+ in a 24 hour period)! GoTo your dump folder and delete them all now, they're old/here. That way next time only the relevent dump files will be in there.
Give me half hour and refresh this page. I'll update with news here.

Your AV was blamed (possibly) for this. But, to be honest, you got one of the good guys (AV wise), doesn't mean they are faultess, but not going to let it carry the can at the moment.

ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005 This driver is notorious for causing BSOD's. You have two options:
- You can disable the ATK0110 ACPI Utility in the DeviceManager (under System Devices) with no apparent issues. OR (and if disabling does cause issues)
- There is an update here: Asus ATK0110 driver. Look under the sub-heading: Utilities. 12th one down.
Driver Install - Manual method
- Download the driver and extract it to a folder.
- Open the Device Manager.
- Right click the device you wish to change the drivers for. You can select Properties > Driver > Driver Details to check you have the right device. In this case System Devices >> ATK0110 ACPI Utility
- Choose Update Driver Software.
- Select Browse My Computer For Driver Software.
- Select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
- Select Have disk...
- Select Browse..
- Navigate to the extracted folder and double click on the .inf file
- Hit OK, then Next and the driver(s) will then begin to install.
- After it has installed, GoTo C:\Windows\System32\Drivers. Locate the Asacpi.sys driver, right click it and check the dates under its properties. You're looking for a "Modified" date of 2009 or 2010. Occasionally it can be a bit stubborn to change.

nvlddmkm.sys Sat May 21 05:07:04 2011 nVidia Graphics Drivers.
- Download and install DriverSweeper.
- Uninstall your current Graphics setup through Programs and Features
- Boot to (preferably) Safe Mode and run Driver Sweeper to clean up the remnants of your current Graphics set up.
- Reboot to Normal Mode.
- Install your new Graphics set up.

As an after thought:
Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots**/snips of the Mainboard tab, Memory tab and all the slot #'s under the SPD tab.
Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots**/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.
**If screenshots, please crop.

I'm having a heck of a time. I tried what you said but still got a BSOD when transfering files in iTunes. I tried to attach the minidump file but it says access denied. I used the "Take Ownership" registry program and checked all permissions and it should allow me to attach it but it won't.

GoTo your C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Copy the *.dmp files to a new folder on your desktop. Zip up the *.dmp files from that folder and attach to a post.
And please don't forget the cpu shots above. Most helpful.

You should be able to copy without a problem.
Hang on I may be wrong there, I automatically turn off UAC as soon as I install, maybe I'm wrong (don't tell the wife. As far as she's concerned I'm never wrong!!)
OK. Go into the Action Centre and turn UAC off for now, as in, move the slider down to the bottom. You'll need to reboot for it to take effect. And then copy the dmp etc. as above. (another drive!! hope its not too far )

Have you thought of using TeamViewer? That way you can remotely control your Ma's pc from yours. An excellent program. I use it to sort my Daughters pc who lives 200 miles away. TeamViewer. You'll be saving your time, your petrol, and the planet!! Allegedly, now to stop the Chinese burning fossil fuels!!The hard part is it's my mothers and I have t drive over to her house to access it. STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS.
As a Priority:
ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005 This driver is notorious for causing BSOD's. You have two options:
Driver Install - Manual method
Your bios is from 2006!! I'd seriously consider upating it to the latest, 2010 Link Removed
Drivers that pre-date Windows 7. Update:
nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 22:01:06 2008 nForce Ethernet
Rtnic64.sys Fri May 30 16:12:23 2008 Link Removed

As a Priority:
ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005 This driver is notorious for causing BSOD's. You have two options:
- You can disable the ATK0110 ACPI Utility in the DeviceManager (under System Devices) with no apparent issues. OR (and if disabling does cause issues)
- There is an update here: Link Removed.
