Hi, can you open a admin powershell and run these commands.

sfc /scannow followed by a dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Follow those with a reboot and try the update again.

Seems like a problem getting the update. You can try to manually download and install it

That code normally means corrupted system files. But downloading the package isn't a bad idea.
