Windows 7 Problem with install Shockwave

I want install shockwave but i can't

I have not seen a software install try to put its own folder in the Windows\system32 folder.

You might check this link...not sure about putting it in the folder it requests.....but I do not have it installed, I do have the Shockwave Flash for Firefox..
