Wont run windows, turn on and itll hit blue screen or try and fix and itll look like its loading windows vista and freeze...

so im guessing it still has parts of vista and 7 on it which is making it f'ed up..

You can perform a "clean" install even with an upgrade DVD.

Just choose the second box dows that says advanced.

Did it boot from the DVD the first time you tried to install?

There's no reason it won't boot again, just by putting in the DVD and rebooting.

Where did you get the disk and is it an ISO file'

    Did you purchase it

Were there two disks, one for 32-bit and the second for 64-bit?
