Windows 7 "programs and features" file size issue

all of the programs in the "programs and features" list either have an incorrect file size or just nothing for the size column. Is there a way to fix this?

Hey, welcome to the forums
Many programs will not report file size in the list, this is quite normal, it's also not that strange to have them reporting erratic installation sizes either.
Unfortunately, you can't do anything about it.
