Hi All

I bought a laptop with win 7 home installed.
There is one feature which I am missing badly :

In any folder, I'd like to put "delete" tab next to organize. In win xp, I used to select a few files and click the
delete button, that's it. Now, I have to right click to delete it. I am really missing this functionality ?

Any hopes......

To add the "Delete" button in the toolbar next to "Organize" in Windows 7 for easy file deletion, you can customize the Windows Explorer toolbar. Here's how you can do it: 1. Open the Folder Options: - Open any folder in Windows Explorer. - Click on the "Organize" button at the top left. - Select "Folder and search options." 2. Customize the Toolbar: - In the Folder Options window, go to the "View" tab. - Under "Advanced settings," scroll down and check the box next to "Show Libraries." - Click "Apply" and then click "OK." 3. Add the Delete Button: - Now, you should see Libraries in the left pane. - Open any library or folder. - Right-click in the space next to the other buttons on the toolbar. - Select "Customize" in...

Test the Delete Button: - Now, when you select any files or folders in Windows Explorer, you should see the new "Delete" button on the toolbar. By following these steps, you can customize the Windows Explorer toolbar in Windows 7 to include a "Delete" button for easier and quicker file deletions.
