Windows 7 put "delete" tab next to organize

Hi All

I bought a laptop with win 7 home installed.
There is one feature which I am missing badly :

In any folder, I'd like to put "delete" tab next to organize. In win xp, I used to select a few files and click the
delete button, that's it. Now, I have to right click to delete it. I am really missing this functionality ?

Any hopes......
