Hi,
as you can see from the above dump file your GPU driver is named as probable cause. The crash you describe however, the screen freeze and then buzzing noise, can be caused by a number of things. The main cause is usually heat related but as I said other factors may contribute.
The Nvidia driver also appears in the Call stack (a blow by blow account of the last sub routines). Try uninstalling the gou driver using this application as it will remove any other old bits of driver hanging around:
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Install either the latest Beta or Whql driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Check your GPU RAM by running this app:
http://mikelab.kiev.ua/index_en.php?page=PROGRAMS/vmt_en

Drivers:
NTIOLib_X64.sys Wed Oct 20 07:45:49 2010: MSI Afterburner driver (known BSOD issues with Windows) Also found to be a part of MSI Live Update 5 & MSI Super Charger . Consider removing to test. If you decide to reinstall a later version can be found here:
http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner

Lastly try some of the fixes on this page:

Post any new dump files

I forgot to mention, have you checked the games support in case of a solution or mention of a bug?

I also forgot to mention you don't have much space left on that C drive. In fact I'd say you were right on the limit before it start impacting on performance. See if you can free up some space.
