I am not the go to person for analyzing dump files. I can usually only find things that are obvious. But your dumps seem to be all over the place with nothing mentioned directly as being the cause. So I usually revert to trying to find old drivers which may not be compatible, and I seem to have found one on your system. Do you happen to know what it is?

giveio giveio.sys Wed Apr 03 21:33:25 1996

I also see these dumps are faulting all over, can you do a memory test for us to rule that out before continuing?

i guess this giveio giveio.sys Wed Apr 03 21:33:25 1996 is some driver or something from speedfan so i deleted the speedfan, but the giveo.sys still exits at my computer so how can i safely delete it? I will run memtest today for you guys, thanks for help :)

i ran memtest for 5 hours and got no errors, so could it be the speedfan that caused it ? Also i want to mention that after memtest i restarted my computer and error popup showed up that my computer can run slower beacuse of aero theme so i disabled it, could it be one cause of my bsod problems ?

Start by removing this
sptd.sys 11/23/2010
Go here for the removal tool and use the UNINSTALL button to get rid of it http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads (get the correct version for your system's architecture 32 or 64 bit)
If that doesn't seem to help with your issue try removing / uninstalling Avast (at least temporarily). Use control panel, programs and features to uninstall and follow up with the vendor specific proprietary removal tool from here http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
Replace it for the time being with MSE from here http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx
