Windows 7 Randon BSOD (Verifier.exe) tried

I have been getting random shutdowns on my windows 7 desktop. I have tried many things and thought it may be related to my creative sound card so i updated the driver for this. Also I have recently performed a fresh install of 7.

I ran the verifier.exe tool and it did BSOD during a shutdown so I have attached the dump file and would appreciate any help I can get

Another BS has since occurred while browsing the internet. Again attached is the dmp file named dmp2 this time. This is extremely frustrating when you don't really know what is causing it. Still eyeing up my big sledge hammer !!! lol
