Windows 7 Re-Loaded Windows 7, Cannot Use External Monitor?

I re-loaded Windows 7 on my Sony VGN FZ290 and now there is no external monitor available. I went to the settings under display and it only shows one monitor available. Shift FN and F7 does nothing as well.
