Dear All

I have installed 2 Realtech RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC cards in my PC. But one of the cards shows that 'Unidentified Public Network'. How to solve the issue?

Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for your reply. Here I give a details of what exactly are my requirements.

The 1st NIC card is used to connect me to the Internet and the 2nd one is used to share the Internet connection. I can share the net connection using a switch. But in doing so I will not be able to monitor the browsing history of the other connected PCs. Therefore, I prefer to go for sharing the net with a Proxy software (in my case I use ccProxy) which requires one NIC card.
My 1st NIC card is connecting to the Internet but the 2nd NIC is showing that it is 'Unidentified Public Network'. For which I am unable to share the net connection. Earlier I used to have the same type of sharing using Windows XP SP3 without any trouble. But since I have upgraded to Windows 7 I am facing the problem.
Please provide me a solution so that I can configure the sharing.
