It seems like you are experiencing unexpected shutdowns while browsing the web on your computer. This could be due to various reasons, such as hardware issues, overheating, software conflicts, or drivers causing system instability. Since you mentioned that you couldn't find any logs in the Windows Event Viewer before the shutdown and there are no files in the Windows/Minidump folder, the system might not be generating crash dumps when these shutdowns occur. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: 1. Check for Overheating: - Ensure that your computer is not overheating. Use a monitoring tool to check the temperatures of your CPU and GPU. 2. Update Drivers: - Update your drivers...

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: 1. Check for Overheating: - Ensure that your computer is not overheating. Use a monitoring tool to check the temperatures of your CPU and GPU. 2. Update Drivers: - Update your drivers, especially graphics and network drivers, to the latest versions from the manufacturer's website. 3. Scan for Malware: - Perform a full system scan for malware using a reliable antivirus program to rule out any malicious software causing the issue. 4. Check for Windows Updates: - Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date with the latest updates from Microsoft. 5. Check Hardware: - Run hardware diagnostics to check for any hardware failures. You can use built-in tools like Windows Memory Diagnostic or third-party tools for a more thorough check. 6. Check for Software Conflicts: - Uninstall any recently installed software that might be causing conflicts. You can also boot the system into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. 7. Review Reliability Monitor: - Check the Reliability Monitor tool in Windows. It provides a timeline of system events and issues, which might give more details about the shutdowns. 8. Consider a System Restore: - If the issue started recently, you can try performing a System Restore to revert your system to a point where it was working fine. If the issue persists after trying these steps, you might need to delve deeper into the system logs or consider seeking assistance from a professional technician to diagnose the problem accurately. Feel free to try these steps and let me know if you need further assistance!
