Windows 7 remove junk files Windows 7 64bit

dont know if this is the right place but i was wondering if anyone know a program that will remove junk and other unneeded files on 64 bit W7,i had unblue speedupmypc on my 32bit but doesnt work on 64bit,any help please?

Find CCleaner here at FileHippo along with a ton of other useful free programs :)
