Ripping DVDs onto computer

I have a lot of DVDs that I want to recycle but I also want to keep them on my computer if I ever want to watch them again. They take up a lot of space so ripping them would be the best storage option. However, I haven't ripped a DVD since Windows 2k days, lol. Can ya'll suggest some software that lets me copy the DVD to computer and lets me watch it on my computer?

That looks like it'd work but dang $100 bucks! I mean I could do around $20 because I won't use it once I'm done.
