Windows 7 Routing and Remote Access service hanging on start

I have been running RRAS for some time now to allow me to VPN into my network for administration. I am not exactly sure what has caused my issue but when I start the system in hangs after logging in. I have used MSCONFIG to narrow down the issue to Routing and Remote access service. I am not sure how to repair just that service. (remove reinstall, troubleshoot the service itself. Any thoughts?​
