Verify Game Files: - Steam offers an option to verify the integrity of game files. This can help fix any corrupt files that may be causing the issue. - Open Steam, go to your library, right-click on Counter-Strike: Source, select "Properties," go to the "Local Files" tab, and click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files." 4. DirectX Runtime: - Make sure you have the latest DirectX runtime installed. You can download it from the official Microsoft website. 5. Disable Background Applications: - Close any unnecessary background applications that may be conflicting with the game. 6. Run as Administrator: - Right-click on the game executable or shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" to see if it resolves the issue. 7. Reinstall the Game: - If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling Counter-Strike: Source to ensure a clean installation. Give these steps a try and see if any of them help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please provide more information about your system specifications or any other details that might be relevant so we can assist you further.
