Windows 10 screen saver wont turn on

win 10 no changes done to pc all of a sudden tm pictures screen savor will not start it has been working ok till now there has been no changes to my ps. I go to settings peroneal settings themes and see the px in the prevue and the time to start is 8 min but it wont start.

Then there isn't anything in a blocking state. Can we see your current power config.

You can run this and upload the txt file created on your desktop.
powercfg /Q >> %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\power.txt

You could have a process, driver or service preventing sleep. Open an elevated command prompt and type powercfg /REQUESTOVERRIDE any thing listed in will prevent the screen saver from firing.
