Need A Realtek (RTL8201CL) Driver Help Please

Hi,

I have been searching and trying various drivers for hours and still cannot find the right one for my Intergrated Ethernet, can you please help? I need a FREE Driver download... I have a Compaq Presario Desktop PC with AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ I saw on a tiny chip on the Mother Board it said RTL8201CL which i have also searched the internet for and still cannot find, Realtek don't allow you to download from them which I'm sure they used to. So please could you help me?

It is my understanding that drivers for that device are contained in the motherboard CD or recovery CD fo your ccmputer.
