Windows 7 Seeking win 7 help reading CBS log

Can anyone tell me what is causing my Win 7 Ultimate 64bit Asus P9X79 from being repaired. I have the following issues and have tried everything but just ran a scannow and got the attached log. I CANNOT READ IT OR KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE THE CULPRIT.

Known issues -
1) Win 7 will not shut down and has to use the power off button - this started about two weeks ago
2) Restore points will not be saved even though they show up after creating them
3) on bootup there are two error messages which I have tried everything to solve and gave up

I have attached the CBS log showing that scannow could not complete the required repairs, but I cannot understand the error messages - I erased all data prior to Jul 31, 2015 when I first ran the Scannow

I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE PC WILL SHUT DOWN NORMALLY WHEN EXITING FROM SAFE MODE.
